formal, how formal? no. not informal but.

in these very long distance times – we haven’t met for so long, I happen to use emogis to pass my exact feeling, in the formal mails.

I learnt and noted in my mediation journey diary – “Friendly behaviour Ok. But yes, no forget to maintain Professional behaviour.”

how mediator needs to be warmly informal to create that safe environment while maintaining the professional etiquette – is a skill, learnt by mindful behaviour + practice + empathy.

hashtag compassion over professionalism.
hashtag passing warm friendly behaviour.
hashtag also not forgetting professional relationship.
